PalmReportAI sells AI-generated digital reports.
Section 1
Because reports are generated and delivered digitally, refunds are not guaranteed after a report has been successfully generated and delivered.
We may issue a refund when
- Payment was duplicated
- The report failed to generate
- The report download link did not work and support cannot resolve it
- Another technical issue prevented delivery
We generally do not issue refunds because
- The user disagrees with the symbolic interpretation
- The user expected scientific prediction
- The user uploaded a blurry or unsuitable image after ignoring upload guidance
