Palm photos
Your uploaded palm photo is used to generate your report. We do not use your palm photo for identity recognition. We do not sell your palm photo. We do not use your palm photo for training.
AI processing
We may send your uploaded palm photo or a short-lived signed image URL to an AI processing provider to generate your report. We do not send your payment details to the AI provider.
Retention and deletion
Original palm photos are deleted after the retention period stated on the site, typically 24 hours after report completion. Generated reports may be retained for a limited period, typically 30 days, unless you request deletion earlier.
You may request deletion of your uploaded image and generated report through the deletion page or by contacting support.
Payments and children
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store full card numbers.
PalmReportAI is intended for users 18 and older. Do not upload photos of children.
